Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the date of cancellation, hotel policies, airline rules, visa fees, transportation bookings, and other service-related expenses already incurred.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, travel season, supplier policies, and time remaining before departure. Certain services such as flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, peak season bookings, and non-refundable hotel reservations may not qualify for refunds.

In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, flight disruptions, or unforeseen events beyond our control, Safarnama Holidays will assist customers in obtaining refunds or rescheduling options as per the policies of respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within the standard processing timeline after receiving confirmation from concerned service providers.
